Decisions is seeking a Systems Administrator to help keep our internal technology stable, secure, and efficient. You will own day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, and infrastructure tasks in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable, secure technology for employees with ≥99.5% uptime.
• Monitor and respond to system alerts and incidents.
• Perform root cause analyses and document findings.
• Maintain endpoint, server, and SaaS systems; assist with procurement and deployment.
• Support IT service requests via ticketing system; meet SLA targets.
