You will oversee the IT Support Desk, manage websites and back-end servers, coordinate software purchases, and mentor student employees while delivering reliable technology services in a faith-driven academic environment.

Qualifications

• Firm commitment to BYU mission & Religious Education.
• Bachelor's in computer science, information systems, IT or related, plus 2 years troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive tech support to faculty and staff.
• Oversee IT Support Desk operations.
• Maintain websites and back-end server technologies.
• Coordinate software purchases, installations and upgrades.
• Supervise student employees and mentor their development.
• Configure and troubleshoot networks and systems.
