Job summary

RTX is seeking an IT Systems Administrator for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will manage Windows and Linux environments, collaborate with cybersecurity professionals, and ensure security compliance. The position requires a Secret clearance and allows travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
• Experience with Windows, scripting, and system hardening.
• Experience with VMware virtualization and MECM/SCCM.
• Experience with patching, vulnerability remediation, or compliance initiatives.
• Experience with cybersecurity and compliance tooling (SCAP, Splunk, STIG Viewer).
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT systems administration in Windows and Redhat Enterprise Linux environments.
• Work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements.
• Document and train on advanced IT processes and procedures.
• Operate in a 24x7 environment and in a classified setting as required.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel as business needs dictate to other US locations, up to 10%.
