Job summary
Golden Technology, located in Lancaster, SC, is seeking a Systems Administrator for 100% onsite work at our Lancaster facility. This Direct Hire role requires strong PowerShell scripting, Veeam backup expertise, and advanced Azure/O365 administration, including AD/Entra integration and security-focused configuration.
You will work through virtualization shifts from VMware to Nutanix, with hands-on hardware/software support and proactive monitoring.
Qualifications
- Associates in a related field; Bachelor's preferred.
- Citizenship: No sponsorship now or in the future.
- PowerShell scripting for Windows patching and security updates.
- Veeam backup software support and administration; Quantum hardware.
- Azure and O365 administration.
- Virtualization skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- PowerShell scripting for scheduled Windows patching and updates.
- Veeam backup software support; Proactive system ownership and troubleshooting.
- Azure and O365 administration; manage Teams, Exchange, Entra and AD integration.
- Set up trusts between domains; monitor and adjust Exchange/Teams/OneDrive policies.
- Proactive monitoring to secure the tenant and AI integrations for O365 users.
- Nutanix virtualization administration; hands-on hardware/software support.
