Job summary

The Well in Nebraska is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and improve technology systems across agency facilities in Norfolk or Columbus. This full-time role supports staff, maintains IT infrastructure, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and balances daily IT needs with long-term improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT administration, experience with Microsoft 365, device management, and network basics, and a commitment to HIPAA and CFR 42 Part 2 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Systems/Technology Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in the non-profit or human service field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of computer systems and technology administration/management.
• Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair computer hardware, tablets, and phones.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for networking, software, and hardware.
• Microsoft 365 certified or able to obtain certification.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn and manage all IT processes, software, and equipment at agency facilities.
• Ensure all IT systems meet compliance requirements.
• Work with the Director of Operations on IT goals, policies, and procedures.
• Perform audits and lead IT projects to improve efficiency, security, and user experience.
• Oversee all agency technology equipment and inventory.
