Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or advanced Helpdesk role.
• Hands-on experience with hypervisors (VMware vSphere/ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and basic firewall routing/rules.
• Experience with imaging tools (MDT, SmartDeploy, or Acronis).

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Server Management
• Virtualization: Deploy, configure, and manage hypervisors and virtual machines (VMs).
• Directory Services: Administer the Active Directory Domain Controller, managing user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies.
• Storage: Maintain and secure file servers, ensuring proper data access controls and backups.
• Network, Security & Telephony: Switch configuration and monitoring; firewall rules; manage VoIP systems.
• Endpoint Management & End-User Support: OS imaging and end-user assistance.
• Software Support: Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
