Job summary

ARUP Laboratories is seeking a Systems Administrator Level-1 in Salt Lake City to support Active Directory, MS Exchange, and Cloud services within a small IT team. The role covers identity, communication, and collaboration services, with daily alert reviews and escalation as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of IT systems support (or 1 year with relevant cert). Standard Mon-Fri schedule with potential for growth in a clinical lab environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of continuous IT systems support experience or one year with a relevant IT certification.
• Competence in Windows OS (Workstation & Server) support.
• Knowledge of Active Directory domain services and AzureAD.
• Knowledge of MS Exchange & Office365 functionality.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Helpdesk queue by completing support requests or escalating as needed.
• Provides support for Identity, Communication, and Collaboration services.
• Reviews daily system alerts and schedules service or escalation if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
