This role supports virtual and physical servers, core enterprise apps, and related technologies, contributing to design, operation, and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have strong scripting, automation, and troubleshooting skills, plus experience with Active Directory, Azure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and certs.
• Experience administering enterprise systems in a business environment.
• Knowledge of scripting, automation, backup/DR, virtualization, and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Administer, support, manage, monitor, maintain, and improve computer systems, infrastructure, enterprise applications, operating systems, and related hardware.
• Provide technical ownership and SME for assigned platforms, systems, technologies, and services.
• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets, outages, and major incidents, escalating resources as needed.
• Maintain system availability, security, capacity and performance.
• Design, implement, maintain, test and improve backup, recovery and DR solutions.
• Lead or participate in long-term projects and lifecycle activities.
• Contribute to system designs, standards and technology roadmaps.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams.
• Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, vendors to deliver solutions.
• Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to staff.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call duties.
