This role is responsible for the administration, security, availability, and performance of servers, networks, cloud platforms, end-user systems, and business-critical applications.**Key Responsibilities:****Infrastructure & Systems Administration*** Administer and maintain Windows server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup systems* Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, print services, and identity management* Support Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID* Monitor system health, capacity, performance, and uptime across all environments* Perform server patching, upgrades, lifecycle management, and system hardening**Network Administration*** Support LAN/WAN connectivity across manufacturing and office locations* Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, VPN, and remote access solutions* Troubleshoot network performance issues impacting production or business operations* Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standards**Cybersecurity & Compliance*** Implement security best practices, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, and MFA policies* Monitor logs, alerts, and security events* Support cybersecurity audits, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning* Ensure systems comply with corporate security standards and industry best practices**Manufacturing Systems Support*** Support ERP, MES, barcode scanning, label printing, shop floor PCs, handheld devices, and industrial workstations* Partner with operations teams to minimize downtime related to technology issues* Support integrations between business applications, production equipment, and reporting platforms**End User Support*** This is a hands-on roll.
