The Office of the Governor, Division of Administrative Services seeks an IT Systems Administrator for a senior-level technical role in Juneau, Alaska. The successful candidate will administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the department's technology environment supporting multiple state offices, including infrastructure, endpoints, servers, and enterprise services. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong Windows administration, identity and access management, endpoint security, and excellent customer service skills.

• Identity and access management practices including account lifecycle management and privilege control
• Endpoint and system security fundamentals including patch management and vulnerability remediation
• Clear technical documentation and communication with teammates, vendors, and technical stakeholders
• Independent workload management including prioritizing competing requests and escalating risks
