This full-time role covers help desk tickets, systems administration, network, desktop, and web-based applications, plus SAN and IT security tasks. The position requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of IT experience, and ability to pass a background check.
Location: Juneau, Alaska (required), full-time onsite. This position does not offer remote or hybrid work. Core Alaska business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Alaska Time).

We are looking for a Systems Administrator / Help Desk Support professional to join our team in support of our state and federal clients.
