You will create and disable user accounts in Active Directory, EHR, and Exchange, set up equipment for new staff, and train users on essential software.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care alignment, with responsibilities spanning IT support, inventory control, and process documentation within a community health setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; associate degree preferred; experience and education may be substituted for one another.
• Experience with Windows Office Suite in a technical support environment.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Ceno PDF.

Responsibilities

• Create and disable user accounts in Active Directory, EHR, Exchange, etc.
• Set up and issue equipment for new employees.
• Provide one-on-one basic technical assistance and staff training on company software.
• Assist in purchasing IT equipment and maintaining accurate inventory.
