PositionOverview:
The IT Systems Administrator will maintainsystem stability, security, and performance across cloud and on-premisesenvironments. The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible foradministering a broad range of technologies and services, focusing on ActiveDirectory (AD), Entra, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Remote Access, Emailsystems, and Cloud Storage Solutions like OneDrive. In addition to day-to-dayoperations, the IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for planning andexecuting upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations, as well as troubleshooting,resolving technical issues, and ensuring minimal downtime for mission-criticalsystems. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, includingsecurity, networking, and applications teams, to ensure system integrity andcompliance. The IT Systems Administrator must exhibit excellentproblem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a strong commitment tocustomer service.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity,Information Technology, or related field required. Applicable work experience may be acceptedin lieu of formal education.
License:

Certifications:
Updated certifications preferred in MCSE, Azure,or other industry standard certification.
Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years of IT systems experience isrequired. Healthcare IT experience preferred. Experience programming orscripting preferred.

Physical Demands:
Work is moderately sedentary:involves sitting most of the time with regular requirements to move about theoffice, move about the facility, and to travel to another facility within theSRHS service area. Work involves exerting a negligible amount of forcefrequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, includingthe human body. Work involves repetitive motions: substantial movements ofthe wrists, hand, and/or fingers while operating standard office equipmentsuch as a computer keyboard.
Work involves being able to perceivethe nature of sound at normal speaking levels with or without correction; theability to make fine discriminations in sound. Work requires close visual andacuity and the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus,i.e. shift gaze from viewing a computer monitor to forms/printed materialthat are closer to compare data at close vision.
Must be able to work schedulesassigned with the understanding that changes may be instituted according tothe needs of the hospital for off days, shifts or weekends.
Mental Demands:
Must demonstrate keen mentalfaculties/assessment and decision making abilities. Must demonstrate superiorcommunication/speaking/enunciation skills to receive and give information inperson and by telephone. Mustdemonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Must possess emotional stability conduciveto dealing with high stress levels.Must demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and the abilityto multi-task in complex situations is required. Must have the ability to maintaincollaborative and respectable working relationships throughout SRHS and otherorganizations.
Special Demands:
Must possess superior customerservice skills and professional etiquette.Must possess proficient knowledge and ability to use a computer (mustbe keyboard proficient) and other office technology (i.e., telephone, fax,etc.), MS Outlook and Word.
Work requires traveling throughout the SRHSservice area with the employee providing his/her own transportation; validdriver license required. Out-of-statetravel for education purposes is required.
Moderate to advanced knowledge and skills inusing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Must have advanced knowledge of theelectronic health record, health information management systems, and otherhealthcare applications.
