Job summary

Marotta Controls in Parsippany, NJ is seeking an IT Support Technician II to provide advanced end-user support and act as a Level II escalation point. You will diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, software, network, authentication, and collaboration technologies, while delivering strong customer service.

The role includes supporting Microsoft 365, Citrix/VDI, and remote-access environments, with responsibilities for documentation, onboarding, and asset management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing desktop, help desk, service desk, or end-user IT support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems and enterprise desktop environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications/services and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level II support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows, network, authentication, and performance issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Citrix/VDI, and collaboration tools; document solutions.
