STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION is seeking a Computer Support Technician I to maintain IT equipment and services enabling agency operations. You will resolve tickets, perform PC software/hardware support, and assist with AV/VC setups across District 1 in Bartow, FL.

Formación

• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite in a network environment.
• Ability to install, configure, and support PC hardware and software.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor service desk tickets and provide timely updates to users.
• Install, configure, and support PCs, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot AV/VC equipment and coordinate service calls.
• Maintain records of calls and resolutions for SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with statewide teams to support IT operations.
