Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. in California is seeking an IT Support Technician to install, operate, repair, and diagnose computer equipment, and provide user support both remotely and at the desk.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in CIS or CS with 1–2 years of computer support experience; A+ certification preferred; valid CA driver’s license for travel to remote facilities; knowledge of EPIC EHR is a plus.

• A+ certification preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License, automobile, and auto insurance for traveling to remote facilities.
• EPIC Electronic Health Record system knowledge preferred.

Job Overview

Minimum Requirements

• A combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science, along with 1-2 years of experience in computer support, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Certified as an “A+ Certified Technician” preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License, automobile, and auto insurance for traveling to remote facilities.
• EPIC Electronic Health Record system knowledge preferred.

Compensation

$26.91 - $33.53 hourly
