Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or 2–3 years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides onsite and remote IT support for regional facilities from Cassville, MO location.
• Maintains a high level of customer service when interacting with all users and executives.
• Acts in a global queue for end users to report issues and requests.
• Supports collaboration tools (O365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Mentors peers with IT knowledge and guidance.
• Assists with security patching and imaging processes; supports PC/server projects.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves end-user and network issues.
