Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Athens is seeking an IT Support Technician in Athens, Georgia to be the first point of contact for employees, ensuring the security and integrity of computer operations and data in line with the IT department's strategic plan.

The role includes installing and configuring hardware and software, supporting Office 365 tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams, and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with Office 365 suite and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical issues for users.
• Ability to install and configure hardware, operating systems, and applications on various devices.
• Experience with remote support and in-person assistance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee IT issues.
• Log incidents and track resolutions in the Help Desk system.
• Provide device setup and end-user support across the organization.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors.
• Help maintain security by following established guidelines.
• Travel domestically as needed.
