Job summary

Providence is seeking an Associate IS Support Technician to provide on-site IT support for caregivers, partners, and customers, prioritizing timely, friendly service and issue resolution.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate degree and professional certifications; 2 years in healthcare IS and 2 years in remote/IS field tech support.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Upon hire: Current certification A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, or MSDBA.
• 2 years experience in remote or IS field technical support.
• 2 years Healthcare IS experience.

Service Delivery team members must deliver timely and accurate Information Technology support and services to all Providence caregivers, partners, and customers while maintaining a focus on positive customer service experience.
