Job summary

Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking an IT support specialist to assist sales, office, and warehouse staff. You’ll set up laptops/desktops, repair hardware, and coordinate with Dell support while troubleshooting software and online systems.

You will also manage inventory and Active Directory, resolve SAP and VoIP issues, train new employees, and support meeting setups with strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for sales, office, and warehouse employees via helpdesk, Hunt group calls, and email.
• Set up and repair laptops and desktops; coordinate with Dell support; install and troubleshoot software.
• Maintain inventory in our inventory system and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot SAP, Win CBI, and online ordering systems.
• Resolve VoIP landline and cellular hardware/software issues.
• Troubleshoot printer issues and manage toner inventory.
• Train new employees on computer usage and day-to-day apps.
• Assist with meeting setups and general technical support.
