ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Factory IT Support team in Bloomington, MN (Onsite).

The role focuses on supporting manufacturing operations, PC hardware/software, and endpoint security to minimize downtime. Ideal candidates have experience with Windows and Linux, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a self-directed, 12-hour rotating shift environment.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up, installing, and troubleshooting PCs and software applications.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a self-directed environment.
• Experience supporting help desk or application support in a manufacturing or factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Support factory IT operations at wafer manufacturing sites, including Springtown and Normandale.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot factory PCs and related hardware/software according to factory standards.
• Ensure security compliance by applying patches, updates, and managing endpoint security measures.
• Respond promptly to incidents, diagnose faults, and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on projects to upgrade and enhance factory systems and infrastructure.
