Wide Open West is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Nashua, NH office. This in-office role provides essential IT support for WOW! employees and works closely with all departments to meet information technology needs.

You will respond to technical issues, assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, and help maintain a productive, secure computing environment for a fast-paced, in-office team.

This is NOT a remote position and requires the employee to be IN-OFFICE in our Nashua, NH Office. The IT Support Technician exists to provide IT support for WOW! employees. The incumbent works closely with all departments (including the field) to support all information technology requirements.
