This is an on-site position. The selected candidate must be able to regularly work in person at our facility. The IT Support Technician position is part of the Information Technology Department and is a full-time role working 80 hours per two-week pay period. The primary schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with participation in an on-call rotation shared with other IT staff members. Holiday coverage is included as part of the on-call rotation.
This position is responsible for providing technical support to all hospital departments and users while assisting with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the hospital's computer systems, network, and devices. Working under the direction of the Network Administrator, this role ensures reliable performance and availability of hospital technology systems that support daily operations and patient care.
