The role requires 3+ years in IT support, strong customer service, and the ability to work 100% on-site.
KBP is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide front-line technology support for our Home Office and field teams. This role is responsible for Tier 1 end-user support, including Windows and desktop troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, user account administration, device deployment, and general connectivity issues.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent customer-service skills, and at least three years of hands-on IT support experience. We're looking for someone who can independently resolve common support issues while knowing when to escape more complex concerns.
This is a 100% on‑site position at KBP Brands' Home Office in Leawood, Kansas. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available. The anticipated standard schedule is 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Central Time. Occasional evening and/or weekend support may be required based on business needs.
