Job summary

Coastal Computer Consulting LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Brunswick, GA team. You will provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network issues, helping real clients daily.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT support or related technical role.
• Proficiency with Windows and/or macOS.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, client-first attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral device problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Set up and support network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Respond to help desk tickets and client service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patching.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and IT procedures.
• Resolving 90%+ of client issues on first contact.
• Maintaining a 98%+ client satisfaction rating.
• Hitting monthly goals with integrity, not shortcuts.
