Corporate Tax Incentives (CTI) is seeking an IT Support Technician I to join a fast-paced, collaborative team in Folsom, CA. You will install, test, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and software, delivering reliable IT support to local and remote users.

The role offers a path for growth within IT, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid leave. A remote day per week may be available after a 90-day probation period.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT preferred.
• 2+ years’ technical support experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level hardware and software support to local and remote users using documented procedures.
• Troubleshoot basic PC, peripheral problems, network connectivity, and telephony issues.
• Travel to other local company facilities for on-site IT support as needed.
