Job summary

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, admin of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint/Teams), troubleshooting, documentation, and helping monitor system performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, systems administration, or similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 (user accounts, licensing, SharePoint, Teams).
• Knowledge of networking basics (WiFi, DNS) and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Background check approved.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to staff and external users, escalate to IT Manager when needed.
• Set up and maintain computers, devices, and peripherals; onboard/offboard users.
• Administer organizational platforms and user accounts; perform routine updates.
• Monitor platforms for performance and test updates before release.
• Maintain inventory records of hardware, software licenses, and lifecycles.
• Support security practices with password resets and patch deployments.
• Assist with data backups and report failures.
• Create user guides and support materials; document solutions.
• Gather user feedback and relay needs to IT Manager.
• Liaise with vendors for routine support requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
