AGC Multi Material America (AMMA) is seeking an IT Support & Systems Analyst to provide hands-on technical support while helping maintain and improve our IT infrastructure, business systems, and manufacturing technology environment.

This role suits a technically curious professional who enjoys troubleshooting, process improvement, customer support, and learning new technologies. On-site Tempe, AZ with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service focus required.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 expected.

IT Support & Systems Analyst

Location: Tempe, AZ | Full-Time

About the Role

AGC Multi Material America (AMMA) is seeking an IT Support & Systems Analyst to provide hands‑on technical support while helping maintain and improve our IT infrastructure, business systems, and manufacturing technology environment. This role is ideal for a technically curious professional who enjoys troubleshooting, process improvement, customer support, and learning new technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Help Desk support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and network-related issues.
• Configure and deploy computers, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Support user account administration, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows environments.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and technical procedures.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and technology deployment.
• Assist with automation initiatives using Power Automate, PowerShell, and other tools.
• Partner with manufacturing teams and vendors to support production technology and system improvements.
• Participate in IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent technical, operational, military, or professional experience will also be considered.
• Candidates with strong transferable technical experience, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and an aptitude for learning information technology systems are encouraged to apply. We value curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to grow as much as formal education and experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, documentation, or process improvement is a plus.
