Job summary

Aviation Service Partners is seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to maintain daily IT operations in Albertville, Alabama. You will be the primary point of contact for employee IT needs, configure equipment, manage accounts, and help safeguard our technology stack.

Join a hands-on team where you own IT tasks, support Microsoft 365, devices, networks, and cybersecurity best practices, while collaborating with leadership to improve systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, help desk, or systems admin.
• Strong knowledge of Windows-based PCs and Microsoft apps.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT support contact for employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
• Set up and configure computers, monitors, and devices for new hires.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
