Job summary

Kratos Industries, LLC seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive technical support for employees at Denver locations and remote teams worldwide, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with IT and business stakeholders, and assist with onboarding while maintaining equipment inventories and supporting cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS.
• 4+ years of IT user support experience.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows servers and networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced end-user technical support at Denver facilities and remote teams.
• Support enterprise IT infrastructure including Windows, OT systems, and IoT devices.
• Collaborate with IT staff and business stakeholders to ensure timely support.
• Address cybersecurity vulnerabilities with IT security teams.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Maintain inventory and assist with onboarding.
