Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in CS/IT required or equivalent.
• 5+ years in customer service or IT support.
• Experience with end-user hardware, software, and applications.
• Mentoring Level I support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex IT issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets from Level I.
• Mentor Level I agents and share best practices.
