Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience with computer systems troubleshooting.
• Four years of experience with Windows platforms.
• Must possess a valid NM driver’s license and be insurable, with no DWI convictions and no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Help Desk functions for computers, email, Internet access, applications, printers, copiers, scanning services, phones, audio/visual equipment, and other computer related hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Maintain computers and peripheral equipment connected to Eddy County’s diverse network.
• Employee must keep confidential all secured and sensitive information revealed.
• Employee may be required to work irregular hours, respond to call back requests, attend job related meetings and training.
• Employee will be required to perform all other duties as assigned.
