Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1-3 years in corporate/exec office environments with professionalism and discretion required.
• Experience managing company-issued technology equipment at enterprise scale, including lifecycle tracking.
• MDM experience preferred; security and access controls knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze division support requests; troubleshoot or escalate to SMEs as needed.
• Identify root causes from trends and contribute to improved support workflows and standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials for admins, staff, and end users.
• Document and track technology assets, and provide lifecycle recommendations.
• Follow procedures for employee equipment handling, records, and escalation of exceptions.
• Analyze support data to propose scalable technology solutions and improvements.
• Identify recurring patterns and contribute to policy/procedure improvements.
• Assist technology projects with tasks, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.
• Communicate status and improvements to stakeholders, aligning with service expectations.
