Job summary

Aldridge is a leading MSP; we are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Houston team. You will deliver timely, professional technical support, manage AD tasks, printer and email issues, and help set up workstations while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Hybrid in-office schedule with on-site Tuesdays–Thursdays and optional remote Mondays/Fridays; up to 50% travel within territory; growth through certifications and ongoing training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT support for end users.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service focus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional technical support to clients.
• Manage AD tasks, user accounts, permissions and groups.
• Troubleshoot printers and email issues with minimal downtime.
• Assist with workstation setups and new user provisioning.
• Support remote and onsite users; occasional travel up to 50%.
