Job summary

Tiger Fuel Company is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technology support across the organization. You’ll troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and software, assist with onboarding, and help maintain security and IT standards in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of IT support experience, familiarity with Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of IT support experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and macOS, Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to learn new technologies and stay current on industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining laptop, desktop, and software standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning.
• Manage help desk tickets and after-hours support as needed.
• Maintain conference room equipment and support meetings/events.
• Document findings and escalate to senior IT staff or vendors when appropriate.
