Qualifications

• Two or more years of IT support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications encouraged.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage technology support requests and tickets.
• Set up and maintain user accounts in AD, O365, and proprietary systems.
• Provide IT support via email, chat, phone, and onsite.
• Document work logs and procedures in the ticketing system.
• Assist with system deployments and moves/adds/changes.
• Ensure data security and privacy across networks and devices.
