IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities And Duties

Provide IT support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage the IT onboarding and offboarding process regarding new hardware and software updates
Support IT projects and initiatives as needed, working closely with the IT Manager
Assist in managing and maintain organizations SharePoint platform
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printers, scanners, laptops, desktops, etc
Document tasks at a high level for all issues that arise
Provide high end customer service to internal employees

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Qualifications And Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1-3 Years of experience in the IT field focused on support and operations
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve various hardware and software issues
Experienced working within the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite and using IT service management tools
Knowledgeable of Networking principles including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, etc
Basic knowledge of telecom systems, including VoIP, mobile devices, and conferencing solutions
Experienced providing high end customer service
