Job summary

Ironhorse Funding LLC. is seeking an IT Specialist to join the Beverly, MA team, onsite Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm. You will support titling needs and keep a ~75-person staff productive in a regulated consumer finance setting.

Under guidance from the IT Manager, you will own frontline support, focusing on reliability, clarity, and a security-first mindset aligned to SOC 2 and least privilege.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support/helpdesk experience.
• Experience providing Windows environment support and endpoint troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage ITSM/ticketing system, email and phone requests with strong customer service.
• Provide Windows desktop, laptop, printer and scanner support.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and basic networking.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID and Intune workflows.
• Execute user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge articles.

We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride.
We have an immediate need for a IT Specialist to join our team located in Beverly, MA. You will support the titling needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets.
This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm.

Role Overview

You’ll grow your impact as a hands-on IT Support Specialist, helping keep a ~75-person team productive in a regulated consumer finance setting. With guidance from the IT Manager, you’ll own frontline support while strengthening the fundamentals—reliability, clarity, and a security-first mindset aligned to SOC 2 and least-privilege.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve requests through an ITSM/ticketing system (e.g., Freshservice), plus email and phone, with strong customer service & clear communication
• Provide Windows environment support and endpoint troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
• Perform hardware & software troubleshooting and basic networking (connectivity diagnostics)
• Support Microsoft 365 applications administration, including Entra ID & Microsoft Intune user/device workflows
• Execute user onboarding/offboarding processes (accounts, access, equipment readiness)
• Use PowerShell scripting/automation for repeatable admin tasks and contribute to accurate documentation/knowledge articles

Qualifications/skills:

• 2+ years of IT support/helpdesk experience
