Job summary

Carsforsale.com is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot our internal technology environment in Sioux Falls. You will set up devices, assist all departments, and respond to tickets with timely updates.

You will work hands-on to resolve hardware and software issues, install operating systems, and maintain IT networking and AV equipment. A strong focus on customer service and clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Solid understanding of Windows, Mac, Android and iOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory and client-server concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and support end users.

This role supports our internal technology products and initiatives, including setting up and maintaining desktop PCs, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and installing and supporting our internal network. What You Will Do

• Set up company devices for end users
• Provide computer-related support to all departments within the company
• Respond and resolve requests submitted via internal ticketing system
• Escalate requests to the correct group when appropriate
• Provide regular updates on open requests
• Document information related to requests, tasks, and projects
• Represent IT with professionalism and customer-service mindset

What You Will Need

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or relevant experience
• Must have a good understanding of the following:
