Seeking Program Manager candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE-PASS. JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Professional and Administrative Support Services (Program Manager) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOE-PASS) | Office of Headquarters Procurement Services (MA-64) Generally Located In CONUS – United States and across the Southern Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Support and oversee technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project deliverables.
  • Supervise and coordinate efforts across multiple tasks, teams, or activities to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement program controls, management procedures, and operational strategies.
  • Formulate project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Manage personnel actions, including hiring, performance evaluations, and task assignments.
  • Coordinate the efforts of diverse teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other procurement policies, as applicable.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements and implement necessary procedural updates.
