Job summary

OSTechnical is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our fast-paced team in California. This hands-on role will support end users with desktop deployments, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations, including remote users.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure provisioning and Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint), strong desktop support skills, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Azure provisioning and user management experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Strong desktop support and troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Image and deploy computers
• Phone support as well as deskside support
• Set up and configure user workstations
• Provide Audio/Visual (AV) support
• Ship, receive, and inventory computer equipment
• Move and install IT equipment as needed
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user issues
• Support day-to-day desktop and IT operations
