Looking for a role where no two days are exactlyalike? The Staff Pad is excited to partner with a fast-growing cloud consultingcompany in Dallas, TX to hire an IT Support & Office Operations Specialistto serve as a key resource for its Dallas Solution Delivery Center
This is more than a traditional IT support position.You'll work across IT, office operations, recruiting, training, and executivesupport, giving you broad exposure to the business and the opportunity to makea visible impact
You'll support employees and contractors across theU.S., collaborate with teams in Dallas and France, assist everyone from newhires to leadership, and handle a wide range of projects and day-to-day needs

Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site, Monday–Friday |Occasional evening and weekend support as needed
What You'll Do
IT Support & Technology Operations
- Serveas the primary IT support contact for on-site and remote employees andcontractors across the U.S
- Troubleshootend-user technology issues and coordinate escalations with the IT teams inFrance and the Americas
- Managethe laptop lifecycle, including equipment preparation, deployment,shipping, returns, recycling, and asset tracking
- CoordinateIT onboarding and offboarding, ensuring new hires have the equipment,system access, and technology they need from day one
- Providehands-on support for network equipment, conference rooms, Teams meetings,presentations, and technology used for leadership and client meetings
- Supportbusiness applications and platforms including Kantata, Jira, Power BI, andMicrosoft Fabric, coordinating with internal administrators and externalsupport teams as needed
- MaintainIT documentation, asset inventories, and processes while supporting SOC 2security and compliance requirements
- Provide on-site IT support, including equipmentchecks, restarts, cabling, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate internet and IT vendor access withbuilding management
Office Operations
- Serveas the primary point of contact for building management, facilities,access badges, keys, vendors, and office-related requests
- Overseeday-to-day office operations, equipment, workspace setup, and vendorcoordination
- Coordinateoffice onboarding for new employees, including workspace preparation,building access, equipment, and orientation
- Partnerwith administrative teams in France to coordinate employee onboarding,offboarding, equipment, and access needs
- Helpmaintain a secure, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Supportthe recruiting process from candidate sourcing and communication throughinterview coordination and offers
- Partnerwith hiring managers to keep candidates informed and the hiring processmoving efficiently
- Coordinateand proctor candidate assessments covering areas such as Excel, SQL, XML,AI, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Maintaincareers page content and support recruiting-related initiatives
- CoordinateDayforce training for consultants, including scheduling, enrollment,certification tracking, and related administration
- SupportEnforce University, the company's internal training program, includingcourse coordination, materials, and consultant development

Executive Support & Special Projects
- Provideexecutive support to Dallas leadership, including meeting coordination,correspondence, status updates, research, and special projects
- Serveas a trusted resource for the CEO and leadership team, helping withtime-sensitive requests, research, problem-solving, analysis, and specialprojects
- Takeownership of cross-functional projects and provide support wherever thebusiness needs it
Knowledge & Internal Operations
- Buildand maintain internal knowledge resources and process documentation inSharePoint
- Maintaincompany website content in Wix, including job postings, news, and pageupdates
- Supportinternal projects and initiatives across the organization
- Staycurrent on relevant technology, tools, and industry developments
What We Are Looking For
We're looking for a versatile professional with astrong technical foundation, excellent organizational skills, and acustomer-focused approach. You do not need experience with every system listedbelow — experience with similar tools and the ability to learn new systems arehighly valued.
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor'sdegree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred;equivalent professional experience will be considered
- Experiencein IT support, help desk, systems administration, or a related technicalrole
- Hands-onexperience supporting Windows laptops and Microsoft 365 users
- Basicnetworking and troubleshooting knowledge
- Strongproblem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Abilityto manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
- Customer-servicemindset with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
- Highlevel of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee,client, and executive information
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint
Preferred Experience
- Jira,GLPI, or similar ticketing systems
