Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking an IT Support Manager to lead the IT Support function, driving a multi-year vision, modernization, and scalable culture. The role oversees Microsoft 365 and identity platforms, engages with Infrastructure & Platform and Cybersecurity teams, and shapes end-user IT experiences.

This leadership position focuses on strategic planning, process improvements, and proactive incident management to support rapid growth and new locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading an IT support or service desk function with team leadership, hiring, and performance management.
• Proven track record of transforming tooling, processes, or culture in a support team.
• Experience delivering SLA-based service; familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar ITSM.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and identity concepts (Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access).

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and multi-year roadmap for IT Support.
• Lead and develop the IT Support team, build a bench of future leads, manage performance.
• Redefine user experience beyond SLA adherence with proactive support and measurable impact.
• Own device lifecycle including procurement, imaging, Intune enrollment, and decommission.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations to translate business needs into IT solutions.
