Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an IT Support Lead to head the IT Operations Branch at Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC. You will coordinate with the ISSM, oversee mission-system IT teams, ensure system security and availability, and drive continuous cybersecurity readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or associate degree with 10 years IT Lead experience.
• Certification meeting DCWF Information Systems Security Manager (722) at Intermediate/Advanced level (e.g., CISSP or CISM) with 20 CPD hours annually.
• 4 years in a formal supervisory role managing technical teams for military information systems.
• Program management skills including task delegation, performance tracking and personnel development.
• Experience managing complex data center environments including server virtualization, network infrastructure and storage.

Responsibilities
