Job summary

LUKOS LLC Fort Bragg, NC is seeking an IT Support Lead to manage the IT Operations Branch, serve as the primary point of contact for IT support, and oversee complex datacenter environments including server virtualization, networking, and storage.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or an Associate with 10 years IT lead experience), a Secret clearance, and CISSP or CISM (intermediate/advanced) certification, plus at least four years in a supervisory IT leadership role and demonstrated program

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT Operations Branch and serve as the single point of contact for IT support activities.
• Develop and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity program and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of complex datacenter environments (server virtualization, network infrastructure, storage).
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor security systems to respond to potential security incidents.
• Provide documentation for ISSM regarding the Enclave's Authority to Operate (ATO).

Minimum Qualifications Summary

Job Objective

The Special Operations Mission Training Center (SOMTC) conducts individual and collective training for the USASOC operating and generating force, which shall include Joint Special Operations Forces, to prepare Special Operations Forces (SOF) to successfully operate across the full spectrum of operations.
