Job summary

WebFX is seeking an IT Support intern for our Harrisburg, PA campus. This in-person internship is designed for current college students or recent grads with strong academics and an interest in IT support. No prior experience is required as you will start building hands-on experience under senior mentors.

The role offers flexible hours, a casual dress code, and a workspace at our riverside campus. You will learn Windows and Mac OS support, create user accounts, and assist with software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: In progress or completed, All Majors Welcome
• GPA 3.4 or above
• Customer service experience in any industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of Windows and Mac OS
• Basic familiarity with business office technologies
• Classroom or part-time job-level familiarity with tech support/IT Help Desk work
• Eagerness to learn and be trained

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
• Run diagnostic programs to identify and resolve problems
• Maintain the performance of computer systems
• Install and configure new Windows and Mac workstations
• Create new accounts for incoming team-members
• Support online software configuration and answer team member questions
