WebFX, a full-service digital marketing agency based in the United States, seeks an entry-level Marketing team member for our Harrisburg office. You’ll receive comprehensive training and begin building client relationships while learning fundamentals of digital marketing, analytics, and reporting.

This Jr. role emphasizes communication, data-driven optimization, and collaboration with copywriters and developers. Ideal candidates are recent grads with solid academics and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, all majors welcome.
• GPA of 3.4 or above encouraged.
• Upcoming grads may apply up to a year in advance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the direct point of contact for a list of clients, providing industry advice and recommendations.
• Build long-lasting client relationships to maintain our retention rate.
• Create and execute data-driven SEO and AI search visibility strategies.
• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns and drive positive results.
• Plan content strategy and outline for copywriters.
• Manage CRO projects and apply best practices.
• Edit client websites to fix errors and update content.
• Analyze campaign data in Google Analytics and RevenueCloudFX and prepare monthly reports.
• Interpret analytics and market research to update strategies.
• Conduct industry and keyword research; perform A/B testing and usability tests.
