IT Support Engineer (Tier 2) — Windows/Mac & MDM

Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is based in Sunnyvale, TX, with travel to Allen, TX as needed. The IT team maintains Windows and macOS endpoints, manages Intune and NinjaOne, and oversees identity & access via Okta/SSO. You’ll handle escalated Tier 2 tickets in a manufacturing-adjacent environment and contribute to the knowledge base.

Responsibilities include device provisioning, ABM/JAMF management, incident handling, and collaboration with facilities and production teams to ensure uptime and security.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience at escalated/Tier 2 level.
• Experience with Jira Service Management and ticket prioritization.
• Hands-on administration with Microsoft Intune and NinjaOne.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and JAMF for macOS/iOS.
• Experience with Okta/SSO and Microsoft 365 admin tasks.
• Familiarity with Zoom (including Zoom Rooms).
• Windows and macOS support proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Tier 2 escalated support resolving tickets in Jira Service Management.
• Incident management and ticket tracking through resolution.
• Windows device provisioning, imaging, and configuration via Intune; macOS via JAMF/ABM.
• MDM administration for Apple devices (ABM/JAMF).
• Identity & access administration using Okta/SSO and Microsoft 365.
• Asset lifecycle, offboarding, and documentation updates.
• Facilities & AV tech support and coordinating with production/warehouse areas.
