IT Support Engineer (Fulltime) - Onsite from NYC

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, troubleshooting expertise, and experience with various IT systems and hardware.

Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex computer problems.
  2. Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365.
  3. Handle L2/L3 troubleshooting for Windows and Mac OS.
  4. Manage Citrix and Microsoft Remote Desktop environments.
  5. Maintain knowledge of DHCP, IP routing, VPN, and firewall concepts.
  6. Support hardware repairs for desktops and laptops.
  7. Administer phone systems.
  8. Coordinate with clients, IT support teams, and third-party providers.
  9. Image and reimage PCs as needed.
  10. Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks.
  11. Resolve PC incidents and VIP requests efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Experience in troubleshooting and support of Windows and Mac OS.
  • Knowledge of network and security concepts.
  • Experience with hardware repairs and phone system administration.
