Job summary

Entech, a Florida-based MSP, seeks a Support Engineer to handle Tier 1–2 service requests both onsite and remotely from the Service Desk. You will answer calls, analyze issues, and troubleshoot over the phone, onsite or via remote access, escalating when needed.

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
1–2 years in a Technical Support/Service Desk environment preferred.
Experience with Windows servers/desktops and cloud services recommended.
Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Identify, troubleshoot, and document user issues to resolution.
Resolve reactive support requests for Windows servers/desktops, MS 365, Azure, firewalls, switches, and LAN/WAN.
Address proactive alerts from the NOC including backups and viruses.
Manage daily ticket queues and scheduling to meet targets.
Communicate incident progress and outages to customers.
Improve customer service and satisfaction.
Escalate issues when service levels are not met.
Work in a team and communicate effectively.
